Dear Donor(s),
I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to you choosing me as a recipient of the Children of The Pueblo Scholarship. I am entering my third year as a UNM student and have finished my general education requirements for my selected major. Prior to the scholarship, I was considering going part-time and even dropping out before my second year because of financial hardships. I have no words to describe how thrilled I was to receive an honorable award. Once more, with your help, I am able to continue my studies in Marketing and soon the economics field. I am greatly appreciative of your support and all the good you have done.
Marketing at face value seems like a simple business aspect to spread awareness about items or services for general profit, however, the roots which I strive for allow you to master the skill of analyzing data and expressing it as values that can be used to solve the problems that face communities and their people. These dreams of mine to help my community were nearly diminished, however, your financial assistance helped me stay afloat in this ocean of darkness. Because of what you’ve done for me, I will be graduating in 2026 with my dream standing alongside me on the stage that promotes hope. Upon graduating from the University of New Mexico as a Lobo, I have discussed attending graduate school for my masters with COTP committee members and plan to begin to put my projects into action by the year 2030.
I am forever grateful and honored to have been selected as a recipient of the Children of The Pueblo Scholarship. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Alejandro Tenorio
